Application and Instructions

The principal of each participating school selects the students whose tuitions are to be paid by the Foundation.  Selection is based primarily on financial need, without regard to race, nationality, citizenship or religion. 

Neither the Advisory Board nor the Trustee has the authority to veto a principal's selection if the student falls within the Foundation's guidelines.  These guidelines are established annually by the Advisory Board.
